110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee had cords in the entrance area by the front desk and a phone charging cord in the entrance area, licensee had cords to a vacuum cleaner in the school age room, a cord to a pencil sharpener in the school age room, cords to a speaker in the preschool room. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had plastic bags accessible in the kitchen area in a cupboard and in a box. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee is had sharp cutting knifes accessible in the kitchen on the table. 110-300-0165(3)(c) Licensee had a cracked water table lid in the outdoor play yard that was cracked and can create pinching hazard that needs to be removed from the licensee space. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee had three large cubbies in the school age room, in the toddler room set of cubbies, and a set of cubbies in the preschool room that all were not secured to the wall creating a tipping hazard,
